During main events at Christ Church, entry via the main road (New London Road) is possible. Please take extra care as you look for car parking as the road slopes down and pedestrians may be walking up the slope. Please park in one of the 79 parking bays marked.


 

At other times, the vehicle entrance on New London Road may be barred.

To access the car park (if going towards Chelmsford), continue along New London Road towards Chelmsford town centre. About 150 metres past Christ Church, take a left turn into Lower Anchor Street. After about 100 metres you reach a junction, take a left turn into Bradford Street. After about 50 metres, a road makes it into a T junction - go straight across here and you will be inside the car park of Christ Church.

If coming from Chelmsford town centre up New London Road, cross the traffic lights and immediately after the following traffic light pedestrian crossing turn right into Lower Anchor Street and then continue as above.
